My professional journey began in the classroom, driven by a simple passion for teaching and a commitment to family values. Starting as a Teacher and Coordinator, I learned the ground realities of student-centered instruction and classroom management firsthand. These early years laid the foundation for my transition into leadership roles, where I served as a Principal for over 15 years, as well as a Director, Secretary, and CEO.
I have navigated every level of the educational hierarchy, from managing daily school personnel to formulating high-level budgets and policies as a Managing Director and CEO. This diverse experience has given me a 360-degree view of what it takes to build a successful, "Number 1" educational institution.
